F. B. "Breck" Chumley, MD
F. B. "Breck" Chumley, MD is a board-certified addiction psychiatrist working at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where he completed his own psychiatry training. Dr. Chumley completed his addiction psychiatry fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, then worked in the Philadelphia community mental health system before returning to Temple for an academic position. His current clinical practice focuses on emergency psychiatry and outpatient addiction psychiatric treatment. He also teaches graduate biomedical students, medical students, and psychiatry residents in topics ranging from addiction psychopharmacology to bioethics to interview techniques.
