Dr. Latinia Shell is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who practices at Diversity Works Counseling in Lancaster. She works with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, with a focus on men's issues and racial identity. She leads The Underground, a 10-week support group for Black men working through shame, addiction, anger, and the effects of racism. Dr. Shell is also a clinical supervisor, offering individual and group supervision to master's and doctoral clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania licensure and national certification. She is a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor.
