Ma Diana, BCBA

Diana holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Master’s in Business Management from the University of the Philippines. She obtained her BCBA in 2017 after completing coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology. She is currently living and working in Miami, Florida. Diana has previously worked in the field of clinical psychology for more than ten years, specializing in psychological assessment and evaluation, and organizational behavior management. She was employed in a healthcare company before joining the field of ABA. As a BCBA, she designs and manages individualized behavior programming develops individualized goals/objectives, conducts behavior assessments, manages behavior technicians, trains parents, and collaborates with other therapists, teachers, and other allied services. Embedded in her practice is the respect and sensitivity for each client’s family's set of religious beliefs and cultures. “ I attribute my passion to learning, understanding, and being skillful in this field through every difficulty and milestone of my clients. “I believe that each wonderful individual that I work for deserves the most effective intervention suited for each individual needs.”
